Union Pacific 4014 Big Boy Adventure
$150 Per Person. Limit 3 per trip
Come with me on a once in a lifetime trip railfanning along the Union Pacific Overland route chasing the maiden trip of the newly restored 4014 Big Boy as she steams west towards Ogden on May 5th and 6th. Then just days later, on May 13th and 16th, join me as 4014 and 844 double head back towards Cheyenne. Each day, we will leave Rock Springs, Wyoming and find Big Boy along the rails at locations that are off the beaten trail.
Wyoming's Red Desert Adventure
$200 Per Person. Limit 3 per trip
Join me for a once in a lifetime trip through the Red Desert of Southwest Wyoming. We will leave Rock Springs, Wy just after dawn and head out to unique places like The Killpecker Sand Dunes, White Mountain Petroglyphs, and Boar's Tusk, A large stone outcrop rising 400 feet out of the desert floor. In the afternoon, we will take in the Northern part of the Red Desert with Oregon and Honeycomb Buttes, the Oregon Trail, and Time permitting, a stop for Ice Cream at the world famous Farson Big Cone. Along the way, there will be multiple sightings of wildlife like Pronghorn, Deer, Elk, Wild Horses and more! This trip is customizable, and we can tailor the sights to your specific interests!
Explore Flaming Gorge Country

Join me for an exciting adventure like none other. This trip takes you through the high deserts of Southwest Wyoming into the Uinta Mountains of Utah and then into Browns Park and Dinosaur Northwest Colorado, returning back to Rock Springs. Along the way, Keep your eye out for Pronghorn, Deer, Elk, Wild Horses and more!
